Are you, or someone you know, in 5th-12th grade? Are you (or he or she) in love with, curious about, or have ever heard of Jeus? Do you (or he or she) like to have FUN?!
At CrossRoads, our student ministry is all about connecting students with Jesus through worship, friendship, Biblical and topical studies, games, and serving others. We seek to love, care for, and encourage students well as they navigate life and determine their places in God's story.
Youth group meets on Sunday afternoons at the CrossRoads Center from 5-7 pm. Meetings will vary each week as we seek to connect, grow, and serve others. We use XP3 Orange as the basis of our ministry for students.
XP3 is about experiencing three things: Wonder, Discovery, and Passion.
Wonder - In the midst of a technological world, we want them to be amazed at the one and only real God and dare them to have a real relationship with Jesus.
Discovery - When students are trying to imagine what they might like to do for the rest of their lives, we want them to make sure they discover what they were really created to be.
Passion - In a time of their lives when students are experiencing a whole ocean of feelings, we don't want them to miss the one feeling that outlasts all the others, the passion that only comes from bringing God's love to a hurting world.
During the summer, CrossRoads students serve on various mission trips around the country, this summer having served in Garnett, Kansas.
